In no event shall Whiztrie be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application (if any).

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the application at any time without notice.

We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
